Product Return Process in a Few Steps:

1. Complete this return form or request a return by emailing office@zxsshop.ro, ensuring that the product you wish to return meets the conditions listed below.

Product Return Conditions:

• You can return any product sold by zxs-shop within a maximum of 15 days from the date it was delivered to you by the courier.

• When returning the product, it must be in the same condition as when you received it, unused, and free from stains or tears.

General Conditions for Returning Products:

• All returned products must be in the same condition as received, unused, and free from stains or tears. We cannot accept products that have been tampered with or damaged by you: signs of wear or use, scratches. We cannot accept products that are not accompanied by all accessories with which they were delivered.

• You can return any product with a manufacturing defect within a maximum of 15 days from the delivery date.

• Products can be returned within a maximum of 15 days from the date they were delivered by the courier, whether you are a natural person or a legal entity. Therefore, to be considered, the return form must be sent no later than the 15th day from the date of delivery/pickup (from the showroom) of the product.

• Products must be returned in their original packaging, with the original tags intact.

• Products marked on the return form must be handed over to the courier exactly as indicated in the return request. If the return package contains products different from those listed on the form, after checking the package by the courier, the pickup will be refused. If the package arrives at our location with contents different from those specified in the return form, we will refuse the return.

• If the products you received were accompanied by any gifts, you must return the gifts along with the products.

• The refund processing time is 14 days, although it may depend on the bank policies where you have your account, credit card, or debit card, but will not exceed 30 days from the date of return.

• Refunds will be made by bank transfer and only to the account of the person who placed the order.

2. Delivery will be made with the same courier used by us (Cargus/Fan Courier). Shipping costs will be borne by you.

Right to Withdraw within 14 Days for Distance Selling:

The buyer has the right to withdraw from the Contract, that is, to return a product or cancel a Service, within 14 calendar days, without providing any reason and without incurring other costs than those for delivery. According to Government Emergency Ordinance No. 34/2014, the period for returning a product or canceling a Service expires 14 days from the day the buyer takes physical possession of the last product – if the buyer orders multiple products in a single order that will be delivered separately.

Modification or Cancellation of Order:

If you change your mind and no longer want a product from your order, want a different product than the one ordered, or do not want any of the ordered products, you can notify us as soon as possible at the phone number: 0733 40 40 95. We will do our best to modify or cancel your order.

The customer (BUYER) is obligated to notify ZXS SHOP S.R.L. of their intention to return the purchased products by completing and submitting the withdrawal form below.

Cancelled Return Request: If your return request has been cancelled, it is possible that one of the following situations occurred:

• You changed your mind and/or did not hand over the package to the courier.

• The courier called you three times but was unable to reach you.

The notification must be dated, signed, and sent by you via email to: office@zxsshop.ro.

ZXS SHOP S.R.L. is obligated to refund the customer the amounts collected for the returned products within 30 calendar days from the receipt of the return notification, based on the return form completed by the customer. The return form should include the bank account details of the account holder. This return form is just a template. According to the law, the customer can withdraw from the contract by an unequivocal declaration, by any method they wish: email, postal, verbal, etc.

According to Government Emergency Ordinance 34/2014, the following are exempt from the right of withdrawal from the CONTRACT:

• Supply of products made to the consumer’s (BUYER’s) specifications or clearly personalized. This category includes: clothing items made according to the BUYER’s measurements, clothing items in sizes larger or smaller than the standard size of the respective product, clothing items made according to the BUYER’s instructions, products that have been modified according to the BUYER’s body dimensions, custom-made products according to the BUYER’s specifications.

• Service contracts, after the services have been fully performed, if the performance has begun with the express prior consent of the CLIENT (BUYER) and after they have confirmed that they are aware they will lose the right of withdrawal after full performance of the CONTRACT by www.zxs-shop.com.

• Supply of sealed products that cannot be returned for reasons of health protection or hygiene and which have been unsealed by the BUYER.

Special Order Products, Regardless of Category:

• Products in this category, brought into stock following a firm order from you and advance payment, cannot be returned. The advance is non-refundable.
