Shipping Policy

Shipping is free for orders delivered within Romania with a value of at least 1000 RON, provided the delivery address is in the list of locations in “Zone 1” (areas for which the courier service provider does not charge an additional fee for external kilometers) of the courier service provider (Urgent Cargus, Fan Curier).

If your location is not covered by the courier service provider, you can either pick up the package from the nearest office of the courier service or choose to pay the difference in shipping cost from the office to your address. For orders not exceeding 1000 RON, the shipping fee is 36 RON per shipment for packages up to 3 kg. This rate is valid only for locations within Zone 1 of the courier service provider’s coverage area.

The delivery time, from the moment the package is dispatched from our headquarters, is a maximum of 48 hours.

All orders will be shipped via Urgent Cargus or Fan Curier, except in cases where another delivery method is agreed upon with you. All orders will be dispatched from the ZXS Shop showroom at Eroilor Street, Block B1, Ground Floor, Orastie Municipality, Hunedoara County, and will be accompanied by a fiscal invoice with the details you provided.
