Warranty

General Warranty Conditions

www.zxs-shop.com, as the seller of the products, provides a warranty for the products purchased by you.

Please be aware of the provisions of this Warranty Certificate and keep the purchase invoice for any potential claims regarding product non-conformity. Information and icons regarding the composition and cleaning and maintenance instructions of the products can be found either on the internal label of the products, on the attached cardboard label, or in the product description on the dedicated page at www.zxs-shop.com. For warranty coverage, please consult and adhere to the specific cleaning and maintenance instructions for each product.

The warranty does not apply, and our company cannot be held responsible in any way for defects that may arise due to:

  • Cleaning/washing/maintenance processes that do not follow the specific instructions for each product, as indicated above;

  • Storage or use of the products in humid conditions;

  • Discoloration resulting from exposure to sunlight or other strong heat sources;

  • Repair or modification performed by unauthorized persons;

  • Normal wear and tear of the product;

  • Use under improper or incorrect conditions by the consumer, other than those for which the product was designed.

Warranty

www.zxs-shop.com provides the consumer with a legal conformity warranty, in accordance with the provisions and limitations of Law no. 449/2003 on the sale of products and associated warranties and Government Ordinance no. 21/1992 on consumer protection, for deficiencies not attributable to the consumer, provided that the usage and maintenance recommendations are followed.

In case of non-conformity of the product, the consumer has the right to request www.zxs-shop.com to repair the product, replace it, or, if applicable, refund the value of the product. In the case of a complaint, www.zxs-shop.com may repair the product, replace it with an identical one, or, if not available in stock, with another product, with the possibility of paying or refunding a price difference.

If www.zxs-shop.com finds that the product cannot be repaired, it will proceed to replace it. If the product is not available and the consumer does not wish to replace the defective product with another product, www.zxs-shop.com will refund the consumer the value of the product within a maximum of 14 (fourteen) calendar days from the date of receipt of the written complaint and the product in question.

Any remedial action cannot exceed 15 (fifteen) calendar days from the date on which the consumer informed www.zxs-shop.com of the product non-conformity. Damages to products, such as scratches, stains, tears that were not reported to www.zxs-shop.com at the time of receipt of the product by the consumer for warranty purposes, are not covered by the warranty. Unauthorized interventions on the product, failure to follow maintenance and cleaning instructions, and use in conditions other than those for which the product was designed lead to the voiding of the warranty.

Attention! To benefit from the warranty, do not cut the internal label of the products!

The absence of the internal label automatically leads to the loss of the warranty.
